Lesley Williams was sent from the Aboriginal settlement where her family was forced to live, to work as a domestic servant for a white family. She was 17 years old. Decades later, she started asking questions, like where was the money she was supposed to have been paid? That question led her around the world and sparked an explosive movement that still rocks Australian governments today.
